Patching
Clean the surface of LCD with an air-laid paper. Disclose the release paper from the polarized film, press the polarized film with an idler wheel.
COG
Apply ACF to the glass electrode of LCD. Delicately align IC and apply it to the electrode. Firmly stick the IC to the glass electrode of LCD.
FOG
Apply the ACF to the ITO tip of LCD glass. Delicately align the FPC, in order to realize the electrical connection between FPC and LCD glass.
BL assembling
Disclose the protective films of BL and FOG. Delicately align FOG and BL, press them together and make sure they are firmly stuck to each other.
